  3.     Warp7Finder Utilities demo version is shareware. By sending in your shareware fee, you will gain full access to all features of the program. Your support will enable me to continue to update and support this product. I am planning to add new features and improvements including the following:

  5.             - Support for adding/changing command key equivalents.
  6.             - Better multiple volume support for the Alias Manager feature.
  7.             - A main window

  15. Disabled Features

  17.     Until you register, three features are limited or disabled:

  19.             - You are limited to 4 LINKS in the Application Substitution feature.
  20.             - You are limited to 6 aliases in the Apple Menu and Desktop folders in the Alias Manager             
  21.                 feature.
  22.             - The Other Destination button is disabled in the Alias Manager.

  26. System Requirements

  28.     Warp7Finder Utilities requires a Macintosh computer running System 7.0.1 or System 7.1. It will not run on earlier System versions.

  33.     Warp7Finder Utilities is a Shareware program and is provided at no charge to the user for evaluation. You are encouraged to copy and distribute Warp7Finder Utilities with the following restrictions:

  35. •    You may copy and distribute the self-extracting Warp7Finder file but not the individual application and document files. This ensures that users receive a complete package with all documentation.

  37. •    You may not modify the Warp7Finder self extracting archive file in any way.

  39. •    You may not charge any fee for the use, copying, or distribution of the product.

  44.     If you wish to have full use of all features of Warp7Finder Utilities, you must register your copy. When you register, I will send you a serial number and instructions for enabling all features of the program.

  49.     An $12 registration fee will license one copy of Warp7Finder Utilities for use on one computer.

  51.     To register your copy of Warp7Finder Utilities, print the “Registration Form” file and fill it out. If you do not have a means of printing the form, write your name, address and “Warp7Finder Utilities” on a blank sheet of paper. Mail the registration form with payment of the $12 license fee to:

  63.     Warp7Finder Utilities is supplied as is. Mark K. Crutchfield hereby disclaims all warranties relating to this software, whether express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Mark K. Crutchfield will not be liable for any special, incidental, consequential, indirect or similar damages due to loss of data or any other reason, even if Mark K. Crutchfield, or an agent of Mark K. Crutchfield has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall Mark K. Crutchfield's liability for any damages ever exceed the price paid for the license to use the software, regardless of the form of the claim. The person using the software bears all risk as to the quality and performance of the software.
